By using guided relaxation to promote intense concentration and focused attention, I would be supporting you to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance.
Your attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around you is temporarily blocked out or ignored to allow you to absorb the suggestions being offered to you in an attempt to create a new way of thinking, and new habits.
You’re fully in control when under hypnosis and don’t have to take on my suggestions if you choose not to, and if necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. It is important to remember that hypnosis will not work if you do not want to be hypnotised.

How much does it cost?
I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation. After this, it costs £55 per 60 minute session.
I recommend attending at least 3 times (as it takes about 21 days to form a new habit, plus you are able to experience deeper levels of the hypnotic state through repeated exposure) and therefore I offer the following package deals should you wish to block-book your sessions:
3 sessions: £135 (saving £30)
5 sessions: £225 (saving £50)
Stopping smoking is a fixed fee of £95 for a 90 min session, with a free top-up session available (if required) within 6 months.
