The primary aim of our counselling sessions would be to achieve the goals you have set for yourself, whilst ensuring positive mental wellbeing.

Through attending counselling and focusing on what’s going on for you, you will be able to:

• be confident in yourself and have positive self-esteem;
• feel and express a range of emotions;
• build and maintain good relationships with others;
• feel engaged with the world around you;
• live and work productively;
• cope with the stresses of daily life.

How much does it cost?

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation. After this, it costs £45 per 60 minute session.

Concessionary rates available on request.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. Cancellations will be charged at the session rate if notified within less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.
